Our Services
DubaiJunkCleaner provides professional junk removal, cleanout, and truck rental services across Dubai and surrounding areas of the UAE, including:
- Residential and home cleanouts
- Commercial and office junk removal
- 3-ton pickup truck rental with or without driver
- Furniture and appliance disposal
- Property cleanouts for landlords and tenants
- Emergency and same-day junk removal
All services are subject to availability. We operate 7 days a week, 24 hours a day across Dubai, UAE. Service area coverage may vary — please confirm availability for your specific location before booking.
Bookings & Scheduling
Bookings can be made via our website booking form, WhatsApp, or phone call. A booking is confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from our team.
- Submitting a booking form does not guarantee a confirmed appointment until acknowledged by our team.
- Arrival times are estimated. Traffic conditions or prior job delays may affect arrival windows.
- You must ensure that someone aged 18 or above is present at the pickup location at the agreed time.
- Access to the property or items must be arranged prior to our team's arrival. Delays caused by inaccessibility may result in additional charges.
We reserve the right to reschedule a booking due to operational constraints, with reasonable advance notice provided to the customer.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED). Pricing displayed on our website is indicative and a final quote is provided after assessing the scope of work.
- Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. No additional charges will be applied without your prior agreement.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and other agreed payment methods.
- Additional charges may apply for extra-heavy items, multi-floor access without elevator, or locations outside our standard service zone.
- For truck rental, the quoted rate covers the agreed time period. Extended usage will incur additional hourly charges.
Note: Quotes provided via WhatsApp or phone are estimates. On-site scope changes (e.g., more items than described) may result in a revised quote before work commences.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 24 hours' notice: Full cancellation at no charge.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee may apply to cover operational costs, unless due to an emergency.
- No-show / no access on arrival: A call-out fee may be charged if our team arrives and cannot proceed due to no access or the customer not being present.
- Same-day bookings: Cancellations of same-day confirmed bookings may not be eligible for a refund of any deposit paid.
If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of job completion. We will investigate and work to resolve any legitimate concerns, which may include a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Customer Obligations
As a customer, you agree to the following obligations to ensure smooth and safe service delivery:
- Provide accurate information about the location, volume, and nature of items to be removed when booking.
- Ensure that all items for removal are your property or you have the legal right to dispose of them.
- Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the pickup location for our team and vehicle.
- Remove or identify any hazardous, fragile, or high-value items before our team arrives.
- Treat our staff with respect. Abusive or threatening behaviour will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
- Comply with all applicable UAE laws and building regulations regarding disposal and access.
Prohibited Items
For safety, legal, and environmental reasons, DubaiJunkCleaner does not remove or transport the following items:
- Hazardous chemicals, solvents, pesticides, or toxic substances
- Medical or clinical waste, sharps, or biohazardous materials
- Asbestos-containing materials
- Explosives, ammunition, or weapons of any kind
- Stolen goods or property that does not belong to you
- Any item whose removal, transport, or disposal is prohibited under UAE law
Important: If prohibited items are discovered at the job site, our team reserves the right to refuse collection of those items. No refund will be issued for any portion of the job already completed.
Liability & Damages
DubaiJunkCleaner takes reasonable care during all jobs. However, our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage to property, walls, floors, or items not caused by our team.
- Any damage caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours of job completion with photographic evidence.
- Our maximum liability for property damage is limited to the total amount paid for the specific job in which the damage occurred.
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from our services or any delay in service.
- Items removed and disposed of cannot be retrieved. Please ensure all items are intended for disposal before our team proceeds.
Intellectual Property
All content on the DubaiJunkCleaner website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images — is the property of DubaiJunkCleaner and is protected under applicable UAE intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
- The DubaiJunkCleaner brand name and logo may not be used commercially without authorization.
- Unauthorized scraping of website content using automated tools is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
